Salient Federal is a U.S. government contractor. Primarily supported RF based Mass Notification and Electronic Security programs.

·         Create and maintain drafting and design documentation packages from proposal to installation through to as-built conditions utilizing AutoCAD. Drawing packages included architectural, GIS, electrical, mechanical, and fire protection sections.

·         Communicate with Field Engineers and Technicians to ensure all required documentation is provided for installation and all deviations from installation plan are properly documented.

·         Manage all drafting related work to ensure deadlines are met; applicable standards are implemented; and check all drawing packages for consistency, completeness, and technical accuracy.

·         Design mechanical parts including brackets, structural items, and custom utility poles as required by Project Managers and Field Engineers.

·         Create and maintain equipment and material lists for each installation including DD form 250.

·         Assist various Program Managers to create realistic 3D scenes, animations, and photo simulations during quote process utilizing 3DS Max.
